Ever since he lost his gig on “Two and a Half Men,” Charlie Sheen has been negotiating a “big offer” for a new TV series.

According to TMZ, the “Men at Work” actor and his reps have been in “deep negotiations” and a deal could be done by the end of that week.

Their sources say the sitcom is being written specifically around Charlie and will air on a broadcast network. The deal does not shout for a pilot and the show would go straight to series.
