The 37-year-old Cuban-American actress shows off her undeniable good looks while clad in Dolce & Gabbana on the magazine’s front page while talking about her beauty secrets and landing one of Hollywood’s most desired men, Ryan Gosling.

I feel it’s urgent to let women know that I have similar struggles. What I tell girls is what they don’t like about themselves now, they will probably end up loving as an adult, considering that’s what happened to me. When I am complimented on things that I didn’t like when I was 13, like my overbite and my mole, that’s when you realize that your imperfections are why society love you.”

Making her post-pregnancy debut, Beyoncé Knowles was spotted out in New York City on early Tuesday (February 7).
Just one month after giving birth to Blue Ivy, the “Love On Top” singer attended her husband Jay-Z’s benefit concert held at Carnegie Hall in Manhattan.
The glowing new mother showed off her curvaceous figure in a body-hugging Alice by Temperley dress and Christian Louboutin platform heels.

Withe less than three weeks remaining until the grandest night in Tinseltown takes place, the 2012 Oscar hopefuls gathered together at the Beverly Hilton Hotel for the 84th Academy Awards Nominations Luncheon on Monday afternoon (February 6).
Hosted by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, eighteen of the twenty main category nominees made appearances including Best Lead Actor candidates Brad Pitt and George Clooney, as well as Best Lead Actress selections Rooney Mara and Michelle Williams.
Other notable stars on the guest list included ladies such as Meryl Streep, Glenn Close, Berenice Bejo, Viola Davis, Melissa McCarthy, Janet McTeer and Octavia Spencer.
Their male counterparts on-hand for the pre-Oscar meal were comprised of Demián Bichir, Jean Dujardin, Gary Oldman, Kenneth Branagh, Nick Nolte, Max von Sydow and Jonah Hill, who praised his “Moneyball” co-star Pitt at the event by telling THR, “Not specifically about acting on Moneyball, but by watching him produce and watching his commitment to that movie all through so many incarnations, and just his advice about making interesting choices as an actor.”
With a handful of nominated directors including Michel Hazanavicius, Alexander Payne and Martin Scorsese rounding out the guest list, the prestigious group’s day of togetherness comes as the 84th Annual Academy Awards ceremony is all set to be presented on Sunday, February 26, at the Kodak Theatre while televised live by ABC beginning at 7PM ET.Photo Credit: Getty Images

It’s consistently at the top of the ratings, and that year was no different - as Super Bowl XLVI ended up as the highest viewed broadcast in network television history.
According to Nielsen, the NFL Championship amoung the New York Giants and the New England Patriots pulled in 111.3 million viewers to slightly edge out the previous year’s number of 111 million.
Meanwhile, the NBC music competition series “The Voice” enjoyed the carryover from the Super Bowl - as its season two premiere brought in by 36.7 million viewers, making it the highest-rated non-sports telecast in six years.
Back in 2006, an episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” followed the Super Bowl and was the last entertainment program to do as well at “The Voice” last night.

In honor of her upcoming bundle of joy, family and friends of Hilary Duff threw an elegant baby shower in Los Angeles, CA by the weekend.
Of the joyous occasion, the “War, Inc” actress tweeted on Sunday (February 5), “What an amazing day! that baby is spoiled already! And that mama is wiped out!”
Duff, who is having a baby boy with her pro hockey player hubby Mike Comrie, continued, “So grateful for all my friends and family that love and support me through all these huge milestones in my life! Such special memories today!”

Stepping out to honor top-notch athletes while raising funds for a worthwhile cause, Bar Refaeli brought her beautiful ways to the 2012 Laureus World Sports Awards in London, England on Monday (February 6).
The Israeli supermodel dazzled her way down the Central Hall Westminster red carpet in a black sheath silhouette with jewel neckline before grabbing a seat to watch the Clive Owen hosted ceremony.
Along with toasting the top sportsmen and women from around the globe, the Laureus World Sports Awards direct proceeds from the show to benefit the work of the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, which supports 89 community sports projects worldwide while having already helped to improve the lives of more than 1.5 million young folks since its inception.
Making for quite the busy day, Miss Refaeli teamed up with tennis great Boris Becker a few hours ahead of the ceremony to pitch in during the Laureus Shanghai Tang Charity Polo Shirt event
