Earlier that summer he was hit by a car and the driver took off, and Kellan Lutz’s assailant is still at large.

The “New Moon” hunk was working on the set of his movie “Immortals” when the incident occurred and Lutz says he’s worried for his own safety considering the culprit still hasn’t been nabbed by Canadian police.

Paparazzo Richard Fedyck is thought to be the driver of the car, though he’s still yet to submit his driver’s license to the Montreal police.
